Mr.Philip founder and director of the school, was born and raised in Hyderabad, India. A science graduate, an Advanced Level Music Performer from Trinity College London (Highest Grade(8) with Merit). Persuing Associateship of Trinity College London, first Indian Guitarist to be approved by RGT LONDON, with over twenty years of music perfomance/teaching experience in both instrumental, Theory of Music & Aural Skills.

Launched school activities in 1992 as an “Experimental Class for school Children", Later, this class evolved into the Philip's Schools of music, designed to teach music from the very basics, After extensive practical trials, the present Philip's School has succeeded in compiling its Student-friendly methodology, with the objective of uncovering student's potential and fostering their talent to express themselves freely by music. today, Philip's Music Schools have developed into a broad system and "an examination centre/studio for the prestigious examinations of ABRSM London" with many students and teachers at various locations in twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad.
